These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 365cuc platform accessed through our official website and mobile app. This document is legally binding from the date you first register an account or use any service provided by 365cuc.

By creating an account at 365cuc, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood all provisions of these Terms. Continued use of our platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

365cuc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. However, we will make every effort to inform members of material changes via in-account notifications or registered email.

To register and use the services of 365cuc, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where online gambling is entirely prohibited by local law.
• Not registered under any self-exclusion program or recognized gambling prohibition list.
• Not acting on behalf of another person or third party while using the platform.
• Using legitimate personal funds not derived from any illegal activity for all deposits.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

• The name registered must match the name on your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• Your account password must be unique, strong, and not shared with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Any suspected unauthorized activity must be reported to the 365cuc support team immediately.
• Transfer of an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Deposit Requirements:

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without the written consent of 365cuc.
• Use of the 365cuc logo or brand for commercial purposes without authorization is prohibited.
• Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is protected under their licensing agreements.

Use of this platform does not grant you any ownership rights or license over any 365cuc intellectual property, other than a limited right to access and use our services in accordance with these terms.

365cuc strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption; however, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, entirely error-free, or free from technical disruptions.

• 365cuc is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or delays beyond our control.
• We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence.

• 365cuc's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total deposits made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Either you or 365cuc may terminate the account. The following conditions apply:

Account Closure by Member:

• You may close your account at any time by contacting the 365cuc support team via live chat or email.
• Any remaining balance in the account will be returned after deducting any bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements.
• Processing of the final balance withdrawal is subject to full KYC verification before it can be completed.

Account Closure by 365cuc:

• 365cuc reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• In confirmed cases of fraud or money laundering, all balances may be forfeited and the case reported to the relevant authorities.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 10 or equivalent until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.
